— PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Situated in a long narrow block of land in the leafy suburb of Concord, a proposed detached studio was created to serve the growing young family to allow additional space for home-occupation and recreation use. The main dwelling of the land is heritage listed and careful considerations have been taken to respect the existing “Victorian Cottage” architectural characters of the main dwelling by creating a simple cottage style for the detached studio which will match with the main dwelling and be in harmony with it.
